DKK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P4, EML2-AS1, and DNAJA1P1. Each is linked with DKK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK3-to-partner and partner-to-DKK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P4 grouped by DKK3-low versus DKK3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
