DKK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,910 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, PYCR1, and FAXDC2. Each is linked with DKK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK2-to-partner and partner-to-DKK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by DKK2-low versus DKK2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
