DKK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DKK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPIC, PRKAG3, and LRCH2. Each is linked with DKK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK2-to-partner and partner-to-DKK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPIC grouped by DKK2-low versus DKK2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
