DIXDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIXDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,366 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIXDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, MYLK, and OLFML3. Each is linked with DIXDC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DIXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIXDC1 versus TLN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
