DIXDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIXDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,895 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA1, SPARC, and COL5A2. Each is linked with DIXDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DIXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIXDC1 versus LAMA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
