DIXDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIXDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with DIXDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DIXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by DIXDC1-low versus DIXDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
