DISP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DISP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,222 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ROGDI, DISP2_S1175, and TNPO1. Each is linked with DISP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISP2-to-partner and partner-to-DISP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DISP2 versus ROGDI in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
