DISP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DISP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,755 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INAFM2, TMEM145, and NPTXR. Each is linked with DISP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISP2-to-partner and partner-to-DISP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DISP2 versus INAFM2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
