The most reproducible DISP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neurotrophin TRK receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cellular detoxification. Each is linked with DISP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISP2-to-partner and partner-to-DISP2 results are reported.
