DISP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DISP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and ATM. Each is linked with DISP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISP1-to-partner and partner-to-DISP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by DISP1-low versus DISP1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
