DISC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DISC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,195 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPRP2, RPL34P19, and FUZ. Each is linked with DISC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISC1-to-partner and partner-to-DISC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPRP2 grouped by DISC1-low versus DISC1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
