DISC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DISC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DISC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Jun_pS73, MEK1, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with DISC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DISC1-to-partner and partner-to-DISC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Jun_pS73 grouped by DISC1-low versus DISC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DISC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DISC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
