DIS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-793P, DHRS2, and GALNT18. Each is linked with DIS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIS3-to-partner and partner-to-DIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-793P grouped by DIS3-low versus DIS3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
