DIRC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,794 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IKBIP, C1R, and CNN2. Each is linked with DIRC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRC1-to-partner and partner-to-DIRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRC1 versus IKBIP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
