DIRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP86, RNU6-763P, and KMT5A. Each is linked with DIRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRC1-to-partner and partner-to-DIRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP86 grouped by DIRC1-low versus DIRC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
