DIRAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,540 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, NAIP, and NNMT. Each is linked with DIRAS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRAS2 versus TRIM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
