DIRAS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A3, RPS27AP8, and SRP54. Each is linked with DIRAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRAS2 versus SLC5A3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
