DIRAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FASN, and ATM. Each is linked with DIRAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by DIRAS2-low versus DIRAS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
