DIRAS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIRAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,693 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, PALLD, and RAB23. Each is linked with DIRAS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS1-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIRAS1 versus DNM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIRAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIRAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
