DIRAS1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIRAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,588 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIRAS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion import across plasma membrane, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with DIRAS1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIRAS1-to-partner and partner-to-DIRAS1 results are reported.
