Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DIPK2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DIPK2B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DIPK2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DIPK2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where DIPK2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
