Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIPK1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIPK1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with DIPK1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIPK1B-to-partner and partner-to-DIPK1B results are reported.
