Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIPK1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIPK1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, ESS2, and GGA1. Each is linked with DIPK1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIPK1A-to-partner and partner-to-DIPK1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by DIPK1A-low versus DIPK1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIPK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIPK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
