DIP2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, AEBP1, and COL3A1. Each is linked with DIP2C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2C-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIP2C versus TLN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
