DIP2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY26P, CENPM, and MCAT. Each is linked with DIP2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2C-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY26P grouped by DIP2C-low versus DIP2C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
