DIP2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIP2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,273 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTC, FOXE3, and ATL2. Each is linked with DIP2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2C-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTC grouped by DIP2C-low versus DIP2C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
