DIP2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,715 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMAGP, TUBA1C, and LARP4. Each is linked with DIP2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2B-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIP2B versus SMAGP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
