DIP2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,623 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGA1, TACC3, and KIAA1109. Each is linked with DIP2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIP2A versus HMGA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
