DIP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP85, HPF1, and MED15P7. Each is linked with DIP2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP85 grouped by DIP2A-low versus DIP2A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
