DIP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, CHSY3, and GAL3ST2. Each is linked with DIP2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-DIP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by DIP2A-low versus DIP2A-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
