DIO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,892 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL3A1, FILIP1L, and SULF1. Each is linked with DIO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIO2-to-partner and partner-to-DIO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
