DIO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P56, MIR8053, and RNA5SP148. Each is linked with DIO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIO1-to-partner and partner-to-DIO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
