DIMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with DIMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIMT1-to-partner and partner-to-DIMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by DIMT1-low versus DIMT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
