DIDO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIDO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACYP1, GTSE1, and OIP5. Each is linked with DIDO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIDO1-to-partner and partner-to-DIDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACYP1 grouped by DIDO1-low versus DIDO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
