Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DICER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DICER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, OR52J3, and CCZ1B. Each is linked with DICER1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DICER1-to-partner and partner-to-DICER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by DICER1-low versus DICER1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DICER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DICER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
