DIAPH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIAPH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF1, SERPINA7, and C1orf158. Each is linked with DIAPH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH3-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF1 grouped by DIAPH3-low versus DIAPH3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
