Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIAPH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,766 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DIAPH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6_S240, GBF1, and NFIX. Each is linked with DIAPH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIAPH2 versus RPS6_S240 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
