DIAPH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIAPH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,016 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA4, DIAPH2-AS1, and NDUFB5P2. Each is linked with DIAPH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DIAPH2 versus RPA4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
