DIAPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DIAPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,929 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNRD1, PSMC3IP, and RNU1-153P. Each is linked with DIAPH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNRD1 grouped by DIAPH2-low versus DIAPH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
