DIAPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIAPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIAPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP20, SPATA31A6, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with DIAPH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-DIAPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP20 grouped by DIAPH2-low versus DIAPH2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
