Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIABLO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,661 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIABLO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translation reinitiation, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, and Cytoplasmic translational initiation. Each is linked with DIABLO in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIABLO-to-partner and partner-to-DIABLO results are reported.
