DIABLO

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DIABLO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,434 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DIABLO-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS33A, PRKAB1, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with DIABLO in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DIABLO-to-partner and partner-to-DIABLO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DIABLO→partner) and Y-score (partner→DIABLO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
