Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX40P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,469 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHX40P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane fission, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with DHX40P1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX40P1-to-partner and partner-to-DHX40P1 results are reported.
