DHX40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX40-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, STAT3_pY705, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with DHX40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX40-to-partner and partner-to-DHX40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by DHX40-low versus DHX40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX40→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
