DHX38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHX38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 413 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX38-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, HSCB, and ELP2. Each is linked with DHX38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX38-to-partner and partner-to-DHX38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by DHX38-low versus DHX38-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX38→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
