DHX36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHX36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 421 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX36-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRLHR, RGSL1, and LMX1A. Each is linked with DHX36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX36-to-partner and partner-to-DHX36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRLHR grouped by DHX36-low versus DHX36-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX36→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
