DHX34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHX34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX34-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, PDK1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with DHX34 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX34-to-partner and partner-to-DHX34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by DHX34-low versus DHX34-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX34→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
