DHX34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHX34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,432 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHX34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with DHX34 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX34-to-partner and partner-to-DHX34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by DHX34-low versus DHX34-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX34→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 4,432 associations by consensus.
