Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHX34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 320 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DHX34-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDI2, MAGEB5, and H4C7. Each is linked with DHX34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHX34-to-partner and partner-to-DHX34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IDI2 grouped by DHX34-low versus DHX34-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHX34→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHX34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
