Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHX33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHX33 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DHX33 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHX33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, COAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where DHX33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
